Once the advert is booked it needs to be 'followed' around the system to ensure all components and instructions are available to the Assembly department. Neptune provides the tracking of all elements of an advert and monitors its progress and status as it reaches its complete status ready for publication. Each action is recorded and adverts can be archived, for future recall.

Pages can be allocated deadline alarms as well as indicating that RIP output has failed (currently supports RIPExpress).

Handles serial wire input from wire agencies in 15 different formats including Reuters and AFP. Allows routing based on the codes provided by the wire agency and character and string conversion.
